Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and well-connected Refugee Community Ambassadors to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your networks and relationships to identify, engage, and refer talented individuals to our company to get them placed into manufacturing jobs. As a Community Ambassador, you’ll act as a bridge between our organization and potential candidates, helping them to access career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong connections within your community or professional network.
• Identify and refer at least 15 individuals per month who align with the skills and values we seek in candidates.
• Actively promote VeroSkills Program and career opportunities to potential candidates.
• Provide insights and feedback on community needs and trends.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless referral process.
