Verdant Ventures is led by a world-class real estate development and investment team with decades of combined on-the-ground operational experience in Africa. There is an urgent need for quality, safe and secure diplomatic staff housing across Africa. In response to increasing demand from major embassies, the Verdant Ventures’ team will build diplomatic housing with high return expectations for investors. These are projects backed by significant demand (either anchor-leased by US Department of State, other European and North American embassy tenants, or blue-chip multinational companies and multilateral organizations), low competition, extensive pan-African project experience and deep local relationships.
