About the Benefit Consultant Partner

We’ve spent a lot of time learning about our customers - who they are and what is important to them. Now, as Take Command serves larger employers with more sophisticated needs and dynamic workforces, we are expanding our Customer Success team. The Benefit Consultant Partner (BCP) will serve as the trusted advisor for our Benefit Consultant partners while providing insight and solutions for their needs. We are looking for someone with a proactive and positive personality with a desire to problem-solve, think strategically, and ensure our partners love Take Command & HRAs!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advocate for our Benefit Consultant partners, providing responsive and knowledge support to align with our partnership values
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success, Support, and Sales to ensure our Benefit Consultant needs are prioritized and addressed effectively
  • Manage inbound inquiries with timeliness, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a successful partnership
  • Act as an escalation point for Benefit Consultants tied to client needs, ensuring prompt insight and resolution
  • Drive guidance and resources to support our partners through seasonal and yearly events of our clients ICHRA program
  • Analyze brokerage data to support value driven conversations and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or working with Benefit Consultants
  • Proactive attitude and a strong ability to organize and plan effectively
  • Process and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to present at all levels of an organization, including dealing directly with key decision makers or executive level client contacts
  • Experience in HubSpot and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + 16% bonus

  • Flexible on where you work – we hope to see you around the office on average 3 days a week especially when white-boarding or building relationships with your colleagues, but you also have the ability to work from home or wherever you'd like when you need to get focus work done.
