What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using leading development stacks (Next.js, React, Langchain, etc)
• Collaborate with founders to rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-assisted development tools
• Implement and integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into web and mobile applications
• Work across multiple ventures simultaneously, building innovative solutions that foster genuine human connections
• Participate in discovery and validation experiments using our AI-assisted product development approach

Our Development Approach

We've embraced an AI-augmented development process that maximizes creativity and efficiency:

• Create product requirements and specifications collaboratively with LLM assistance
• Rapidly prototype concepts using tools like V0
• Develop applications using AI-assisted coding with Cursor
• Deploy and iterate quickly using Vercel, Replit, and Lambda Labs H100s
• Focus on building what matters through rapid experimentation and validation

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack development experience with Next.js, React, and Python (Flask, FastAPI)
• Practical experience using LLMs directly and via API while also becoming a strong prompt engineer
• Able to use leading AI/ML models and integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Experience with agentic systems and multi-modal AI applications (voice, vision, text) is a plus
• Passion for using technology to enhance rather than replace human connections
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to new technologies
• Strong collaboration skills and excitement about working with founders
