As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to help deliver our vision, stay aligned, and scale operations effectively. You’ll work directly under our CEO and will play a central role in keeping our high-growth environment structured and productive—collaborating across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning and execution for strategic initiatives across the business
• Own data across the organization, identify areas of opportunity and improvement with our customers and internally
• Build business cases and budgets for new development across our aggressive roadmap
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust plans proactively to maintain momentum
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-ins
• Manage task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, etc.) to maintain transparency and accountability
• Communicate updates clearly to leadership, team members, and stakeholders
• Align internal resources during product development, feature launches, and company-wide projects

Experience and Education

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
• Proven track record of delivering complex tech solutions on time and to budget
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution
• Comfort working in remote-first environments across global time zones
• Bonus: familiarity the creator economy and FinTech sectors
