Job Overview:

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic and cross-functional role in leading product launches, managing product lifecycles, and driving go-to-market initiatives that support ThriveCart’s overall growth and revenue goals. Your ability to craft compelling, data-driven messaging will ensure our products reach the right audience, drive adoption, and maximize conversions.

Working collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure that all customer touchpoints are aligned and consistent in positioning. You will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI tools and data intelligence to elevate insight, efficiency, and execution.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead seamless product launches by coordinating across teams and leveraging AI tools to forecast performance, prioritize launch segments, and identify key messaging drivers.
  • Customer Segmentation: Use AI-powered segmentation and behavior modeling to map personas and integrate insights into product roadmap planning for tailored messaging and targeting.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop high-impact, differentiated messaging using AI-driven sentiment analysis, content testing, and competitive intelligence to guide positioning decisions.
  • Marketing Intelligence & Analytics: Monitor key product marketing KPIs with AI-powered dashboards and analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and conversion paths—using real-time feedback to iterate and optimize strategy.
  • Customer Research & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis using both traditional research and AI-enhanced data mining (e.g., trends, reviews, social listening) to inform product decisions and uncover white space opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop effective messaging frameworks and oversee the creation of enablement tools (decks, case studies, training content), using AI tools to personalize and automate materials for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Content & Campaigns: Partner with the Marketing Communication & Media Manager to ensure product campaigns reflect positioning accurately and leverage AI tools for content generation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Lifecycle & Retention Planning: Design and implement AI-supported lifecycle marketing plans that predict churn risk, identify upsell opportunities, and personalize touchpoints to increase retention and customer value.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Proven success launching and scaling product marketing strategies that drive measurable growth in adoption, revenue, and market share.
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, informed by data and behavioral insight.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Experience using AI and analytics platforms to measure success, optimize messaging, and guide strategy.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or creator-focused platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • Experience managing and developing a product marketing team.
  • Passion for ThriveCart’s mission and a deep understanding of the e-commerce and checkout ecosystem, with a curiosity for leveraging AI to unlock market insights and scale communication.
