Job Overview:

As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing ThriveCart’s Partnership Strategy to build strong relationships and drive revenue through new and existing partners. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure your partnership ecosystem contributes meaningfully to overall business performance—leveraging modern tools, including AI-powered insights and automation, to optimize scale, speed, and precision.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of the ThriveCart Partnership Program, ensuring a comprehensive and strategically aligned portfolio of new partners that adds measurable value to customers.
  • Use AI-enabled research tools to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential partnership opportunities based on fit, audience overlap, and predictive performance data.
  • Negotiate new partnerships with major brands and integration partners, using AI-based deal and market intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Elevate co-marketing initiatives with integration partners, using AI tools to tailor campaigns, personalize messaging, and analyze impact across digital channels.
  • Deprioritize and phase out underperforming integrations based on performance insights, while working with Product/Dev teams to replace them with more relevant or AI-enhanced native functionality.
  • Establish regular relationship touchpoints with key customers and use AI-driven sentiment and usage data to identify emerging integration needs and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage the negotiation and renewal of partnership agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for ThriveCart across financial, branding, and technical dimensions.
  • Build a short-term (1-year) and medium-term (3-year) AI-informed marketing plan to increase reach, lead generation, and partner-sourced revenue—while setting up performance dashboards to track KPIs, automate reporting, and trigger corrective actions as needed.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Proven track record of success in scaling and optimizing partnership programs to drive revenue and strategic growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and retain key partners.
  • Proficiency in using AI and analytics tools to forecast results, segment partners, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Experience developing performance-based commission structures, promotional campaigns, and automated partner incentive programs.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing partnership funnel performance and conversion rates.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell compelling stories to internal and external audiences.

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or performance marketing—ideally in SaaS or e-commerce environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience using AI platforms for marketing, partner management, or data analysis is a strong plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, business development, or partner enablement are advantageous.
