About the Job
- Engage with employment partners to understand and address challenges clients may face during the employment process.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding and employment process, providing coaching and feedback on job performance.
- Help clients develop and implement career plans, setting both short-term and long-term goals for education and work.
- Deliver workforce training and job readiness workshops to clients, ensuring content is relevant and effective.
- Conduct onsite training sessions, including lessons utilizing Nomi Network’s workforce curriculum.
- Develop and modify workforce training-related curriculum as needed.
- Oversee the delivery and enhancement of employment services to program participants, including job seeking, application procedures, resume writing, interview preparation, and job retention skills.
- Coach clients based on employer feedback to help improve performance as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to create job opportunities for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes, attendance records, and monthly reports to ensure program compliance.
Collaboration & Program Coordination:
- Work closely with the Sr. Corporate Partnerships Manager to set up internships, job opportunities, and events.
- Collaborate with workforce trainers and social workers to write and implement job support plans.
- Conduct and evaluate training sessions to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Attend all relevant meetings, including supervision, staff meetings, case conference sessions, and workshops, to ensure alignment with program goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of job market trends, resume building, and interview coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience working with high-risk or underresourced populations.
- Reliable access to a working vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Reliable access to wifi for work-related purposes given the role will initially be remote.
- Spanish-speaking, bilingual.
- Ability to leverage an established professional network or comfort with building one.
- The position functions in a normal office environment that requires the ability to successfully interface with standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and telephones
- Sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally climbing stairs are typical activities in this role
- Talking (expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word) and hearing (perceiving the nature of sounds) are required
- Clarity of vision (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print) is required
- The ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs is required
- This job will require the ability to drive a vehicle for work-related purposes, so the ability to drive a car is required. This includes sitting, gripping, foot action, neck movements, elbow movements, reaching, and wrist movements.
