LEAP Africa is a youth-focused leadership development organization committed to raising leaders who will transform Africa through interventions that bridge gaps in education, entrepreneurship, employability, active citizenship, and health and wellbeing. Founded in 2002 by Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli, the organization has developed a range of programs aimed at inspiring and empowering young people, fostering ethical leadership, and supporting social entrepreneurs to build sustainable systems. With a footprint in 26 states in Nigeria and 8 African countries, LEAP Africa has reached over 1 million beneficiaries, contributing to social mobility and national development.
