About Flaire 🪩

Flaire is a female-founded travel tech startup on a mission to reinvent how people plan, organize, and share travel. We’re building the Pinterest of travel — a visual, social hub where users can track where they’ve been, save where they want to go, and discover recommendations from people they actually trust.

We’re backed by a small, scrappy team of passionate travelers — including a Guinness World Record holder — and we’re building the tools we wish we had when planning, remembering, and sharing our adventures.

About the Externship

This is a short, remote, flexible externship designed for ambitious, globally curious women in their 20s and 30s who are heading to Europe this summer. Whether you’re taking a career break, planning your next chapter, or building a remote lifestyle, this externship gives you hands-on exposure to a fast-growing startup in consumer tech.

Externs will:

• Create and share travel content in Flaire
• Test and evaluate product features
• Provide real user feedback to shape our roadmap
• Help grow the app through organic referrals and messaging tests
• Learn from our founder and core team through live office hours and optional fireside chats

Who This Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are spending time in Europe this summer (solo, with a partner, or with friends)
• Are the “planner” in your group — the one who organizes the itinerary, makes the Google Map, or has a travel Notes app
• Are interested in startups, product, or marketing — but haven’t had hands-on exposure yet
• Are taking time off between jobs, prepping for business school, or working remotely
• Are looking to boost your resume and portfolio with real, early-stage experience
