With a strong understanding of DCX performance metrics, team dynamics, and industry trends, the DCX Chief of Staff (CoS) will assist the CEO by driving proactive strategic initiatives, operational support, cross-functional communication and liaison, and thought leadership and ad-hoc projects. The CoS will serve as a utility player, helping strengthen interdepartmental performance and improving speed-to-execute on critical company initiatives. Additionally, the CoS will help the CEO with special ad-hoc projects, focusing on the most important strategy decisions and investment opportunities. He/she must be highly flexible, able to adapt to the needs of a high-growth, entrepreneurial-minded company. An excitement to learn new things daily is a critical requirement for the position, which will interact with all members of the Leadership Team. The CoS position is work-from-anywhere with a modest amount of travel: estimated average of three-to-four days a month, both nationally and internationally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- CEO OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Monitor company performance metrics
- Advance company-wide compliance of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Create and manage executive agendas
- Assist with CEO scheduling and priorities alignment
- Prepare executive readout material important Leadership Team meetings
- Cascade essential communication to various departments and follow up on key actions
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND LIAISON
- Assist with interdepartmental projects
- Communicate CEO objectives with departmental leaders
- Review and analyze departmental goals in line with company strategy
- STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
- Proactive prioritization and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives
- Updates on trends within the BPO industry and target industries
- Ongoing review of organizational structure and governance
- Advance DCX’s redemptive business initiatives
- Review and provide feedback on departmental level priorities
- THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND AD-HOC PROJECTS
- Organic, partnership, and M&A opportunities across existing and new industries
- Digital Transformation efforts, incl. automation and artificial intelligence
- Internal process efficiency improvements
- Redemptive entrepreneurship strategies
- The future of BPO
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Previous work in a Chief of Staff or management consulting role
- Prior experience in an entrepreneurial or fast-paced work environment
- Bachelors Degree with demonstrated success in the classroom
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of attention-to-detail
- Strong analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability to identify a problem and provide data-backed solutions
- High emotional intelligence and executive-level presence
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Reports to: DCX Chief Executive Officer
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
- Additional compensation: Performance Bonus incentives
- Location: work-from-anywhere
- Travel: ~3-4 days per month, including international travel
- Health Insurance: 100% of Employee Premium
