The DCX Client Services - Home Based Marketing Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 60,000
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Content Creation: Support content creation efforts by writing copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends and analytics.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.
- Influencer and Affiliate Discovery and Management: Find and vet social media creators. Manage relationships and communication to ensure alignment and work completion.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or any direct promo sales experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.
Having product knowledge and awareness.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is ideal
