The DCX Administrative Assistant provides exceptional support to our Talent Success Team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that all operations within the team run smoothly and effectively. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Inventory management reporting

  • Amazon inventory reporting

  • Scorecard inputs/calculations

  • Shipment follow-ups + delivery calendar maintenance

  • Shipment tracking/delivery closeout reporting

  • Sales order input

  • Cost reporting

  • Certification management and data input

  • Sales order inputs as necessary

  • Insurance audit data information collection and submission

  • Customer service management

  • Shared file organization/clean-up

  • SOP Creation/Updates

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: At least two (2) years of direct experience in facilitating and conducting employee health and wellness activities. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Strong exposure to Workday and Asana is advantageous. Preferably with a strong knowledge and background in Excel.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • High sense of urgency, working to get tasks accomplished in a timely manner

  • Professional attitude that aligns with our core values

  • Strong English, especially written

  • Previous experience working as an admin, ideally with a manufacturing or CPG company. Not required but preferred

  • Salary Range: PHP 37,500

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
