The DCX Administrative Assistant provides exceptional support to our Talent Success Team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that all operations within the team run smoothly and effectively. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Inventory management reporting
Amazon inventory reporting
Scorecard inputs/calculations
Shipment follow-ups + delivery calendar maintenance
Shipment tracking/delivery closeout reporting
Sales order input
Cost reporting
Certification management and data input
Sales order inputs as necessary
Insurance audit data information collection and submission
Customer service management
Shared file organization/clean-up
SOP Creation/Updates
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: At least two (2) years of direct experience in facilitating and conducting employee health and wellness activities. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Strong exposure to Workday and Asana is advantageous. Preferably with a strong knowledge and background in Excel.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
Exceptional attention to detail
High sense of urgency, working to get tasks accomplished in a timely manner
Professional attitude that aligns with our core values
Strong English, especially written
Previous experience working as an admin, ideally with a manufacturing or CPG company. Not required but preferred
