Job Description
The DCX Home Based E-commerce Associate will work as full-time with a rapidly growing US-based company. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Responsibilities
Responsible for order management of all e-Commerce channels. Including (but not limited to) Company website, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify stores, GSA Advantage, B&H Photo, Home Depot, and other retail partners
Responsible for e-Commerce order processing through EDI and manual entry. Processing includes (but not limited to) issuing purchase orders to suppliers for drop-shipments. Must adhere to processing and delivery SLAs set by Company
Responsible for Amazon Vendor order management including order processing, creating routing requests, and invoicing. Ensures SLAs are met and chargebacks are minimized
Process Return Merchandise Authorizations for all e-Commerce channels
Work with Supply Chain Team to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained for c-Commerce products
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, answering product questions and resolving customer concerns.
Coordinate site content updates including product pages, new and existing landing pages, product changes/updates/launches and the like on Company website and on E-commerce channels
Update product pricing in line with vendor pricing updates
Assist with updating product modifications including product additions, deletions, and pricing updates for all channels that require so (e.g. GSA)
Maintain performance and operational metrics set for each E-commerce channel
Other e-Commerce duties, as assigned

Role Details and Requirements
Industry: Promotional
Work Shift: 8am-5pm (USA)
Workdays: Monday - Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
2+ years of Experience in a customer service or order management role
Proficient with Microsoft Applications
Proficient with Google Applications
Has direct experience in the promotional industry OR relatable e-commerce experience.
Education: Marketing, communication or business degrees preferred
Salary: 30,000 to 35, 000 PHP
