The Home-Based Project Designer is responsible for creating preliminary documents and updating older documents for use in the field. The position also requires close coordination with Operations leadership to update and align documentation and ensure all activities are conducted professionally, adherence to the organization's Quality Policy, and a focus on service-oriented collaboration and timely execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Utilize Visio and/or other electronic design software to develop cleaning plan overviews using our client's Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), feedback from personnel in the field, and knowledge of our cleaning process.
Utilize electronic design software to annotate client-provided P&IDs to indicate our process's precise injection, vent, and drain points.
Convert and manage project documents for use with planning and execution software.
Maintain an electronic file for all our project records on an internal database.
Coordinate document updates as directed by an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or Director of Business Development.
Conduct business in a professional manner consistent with our Quality Policy, with an emphasis on a servant's heart and competitive urgency.
These hires will be part of a team of designers and have a good support system, but they should also be comfortable working independently.
Translate refinery piping circuits and PFD drawings into plans for basic cleanings in a simple and easy-to-understand manner (strong mechanical aptitude).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Visio, but they will be using Visio.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: A degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering is preferred but not required.
Experience: Experience reading and comprehending P&IDs and PFDs. Experience with refining or chemical processes.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Possess strong software skills, including MS Visio, Excel, Word, MS Projects, Outlook, and Visio (computer literacy). Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel to develop instructions and logistical plans.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the offshore, remote set-up, and/or BPO industry.

Salary Range: PHP 50,000.00 – PHP 55,000.00
