Job Description:
The DCX Client Services - Home Based Billing Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 23,000-27,000
Job Responsibilities
Preparing, sending, processing, and tracking billing payments.
Responding to and solving billing inquiries, processing client invoices, and preparing billing reports.
Completing & processing all invoices which need to be uploaded into a customer web portal or shared online service for payment.
Communicate with the collection team on the status of invoices set for payment and track invoices processes.
Ensuring request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner.
Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Monitoring payments and accounts to look for any discrepancies
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as billing coordinator and/or bookkeeping or similar position.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal, written, and communications skills
