CrossPurpose offers a free 6-month career and community development program aiming to abolish spiritual, economic, and relational poverty in Denver and beyond. We recruit and select neighbors—called leaders—who are ready to do whatever it takes to attain financial self-sufficiency. We then provide leaders with personal and professional training, build a supportive community around each one, and help place the leader in a career path that pays $15/hour or more.
